Day 1

Airport Pick Up

At the time of your arrival (5AM ) our driver will greet you & assist you with your baggage to the Vehicle and drive you safely to your Hotel or Residence on Arrival check in at the hotel and after refresh up proceed to visit

Dhow Cruise Dinner - Creek
Have a pleasant and lovely evening, with our Dhow cruise dinner tour in a traditional dhow that has AC lower deck and open and Airy upper deck , and enjoy magnificent view of the city, entertainment shows and delicious dinner served on-board while cruising.

Special Note: The pick up/drop off timing can be modified as per the trip schedule by 30 to 60 minutes, depending on traffic conditions and your location.

Day 2

Desert Safari

Afternoon time Enjoy our desert safari tour that provide you an ultimate adventurous experience with Dune bashing on the sand dunes in a 4X4 vehicle, camel riding, various photographic opportunities,belly dancing show, Tanoura dance show and BBQ dinner with vegetarian and non-vegetarian food options.

Special note: The pick up/drop off timing can be modified as per the trip schedule by 30 to 60 minutes, depending on your location and traffic conditions . Pregnant Women or people suffering from backache are not recommended for this Tour. Desert Safari Pickup timings between 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM

Day 3

Half-day City Tour & Burj Khalifa Tour

10AM Pick up from hotel proceed to Visit Dubai city tour on SIC After that transfer to Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall . There is no perfect way to get up close and personal with the world’s tallest structure than with Burj Khalifa tour. Make your way to Downtown Dubai and gain access to Burj Khalifa via Dubai Mall. Then, climb to one of the world’s fastest elevator to enjoy an exciting ride way up to 124th floor. Drop

After breakfast check out from hotel and drop at Dubai Airport for departure Kolkata or other cities.

Any increase in taxes or fuel price, leading to increase in cost on surface transportation & land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure.

Payments Terms

Advance Booking Amount 50% of Total Amount.
Before 15 Days of Starting date Full Amount Should be paid.
Without full payment tour will not start.

Land Package Cost

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Any changes of tour or transportation, after booking will cost effect in the total payable amount.
If the Client is willing to amend or cancel his/her booking because of whatsoever reasons including accident, illness, or any other
personal reasons including non-payment of the balance payment, the Company is liable to recover Cancellation charges from the
Client. All cancellations are to be communicated in written , a further charge will be levied as follows:-
For postpone / Prep-one of tour packages are to be communicated in written and need to be inform us at least 15 days
prior of tour date.
INR 20%/- will be charged extra for Prep one / postpone.
30 days prior to departure of the tour 30% of total tour cost.
30 days to 15 days prior to departure of the tour 50% of total tour cost.
14 days to 07 days prior to departure of the tour 60% of total tour cost.
07 days to 02 days prior to departure of the tour 80% of total tour cost.
02 days to journey day prior to departure of the tour 100% of total tour cost.
The above-mentioned cancellation charges are applicable only against the main Tour and optional tours published by the Company.
If the Client has booked any other services such as air /train tickets or any third party product, then the Company is liable to recover
cancellation charges as per cancellation terms of respective airline / railways or the cancellation terms of respective third party. The
Company is also liable to recover its service charges against booking and cancelling such services for the Client.
Cancellation due to any pandemic situation or any government guideline, anyone can avail the same tour with same itinerary within one year, after the guideline gets over.
All tours are subject to laws, rules of RBI/Govt. of India.
